Overview
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting solution-based sales by delivering customized service solutions for high-potential opportunities and strategic client accounts.
Responsibilities
Sales Support – Solution Consultant Remit
Provide support to Sales Teams for the following:Demonstrate knowledge of TNS product and solution capabilities for payment solutions.Support Sales presentations and meetings with new and existing customers.Maintain regular contact with TNS customers.Assist with customer responses to RFPs/RFIs.Understand TNS’ customer base and the Payment market for the relevant country and region.Advise and recommend products and solutions tailored to customer needs.Produce technical proposals for Sales op...
