Solutions Consultant – Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Develop and present customized software or systems solutions that address client needs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to design, propose, and implement solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare proposals, scope of work, and solution documentation.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting or Business-related courses
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
