Job Description

Experience utilizing a consultative approach while interacting with customers and appropriate representatives to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document, and manage the requirements 
Experience supporting solutions utilizing one or more of the following technologies: 
Windows, Linux Administration (Red Hat or Oracle) 
Java Middleware – Jboss EAP, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc. 
IIS 
JDBC Connectivity 
NGINX 
MQ 
KAFKA 
OPENSHIFT 
Ability to quickly learn new technologies 
Strong customer service skills with high level of professionalism, and ability to work with complex situations. 
Deep troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
