Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with the Sales and Product teams to demonstrate the value of the services of our client and their AI-powered communication & workflow automation platform to prospective customers. You'll lead technical discovery, design proof of concepts, and configure tailored virtual agent demonstrations that showcase how our product meets each prospect's unique needs. While internal collaboration is key to success, this role is foremost a customer-facing position.

Responsabilities:

• Collaborate with Sales during discovery calls to assess client goals and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure deep understanding of the platform.
• Design and deliver custom demonstrations and proof of concepts using AI agent templates, by developing custom agents, and leveraging prompt-based configurations.
