Solutions Engineer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical infrastructure, identify pain points, and design customized solutions that address their challenges.
• Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations to both technical and C-suite audiences.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with internal R&D, design, and engineering teams to tailor products or develop new features based on specific client requirements.
• Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the technical portion of bids and tenders, ensuring that statements of work (SOWs), technical specifications, and cost-benefit analyses are accurate.

Post-Sales Support: Provide initial technical training and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and high customer satisfaction.
