We are seeking a Solutions Integration Expert who bridges the gap between complex external systems and our conversational AI platform. In this role, you will lead the design and prototyping of high-value technical solutions, focusing heavily on integrating our technology with third-party ecosystems.

This is a high-impact technical role requiring deep backend expertise. You will focus on building robust proofs of concept and functional prototypes that demonstrate seamless interoperability with major enterprise platforms, particularly in the Contact Center (CCaaS) space.
