Solutions Presales Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the business development team in the qualification, and analysis to determine solutions to clients' challenges.
• Assess and understand client's business or operational goals and recommend solutions that ensures optimum utilization of products and services.
• Keep clients informed about the comprehensive IT plan, which involves cost-effective allocation of resources to both existing and new technologies.
• Help establish partnerships with cross-functional technology and design teams to integrate technology, operations, and solution requirements into solution strategies.
• Create technical solutions, collaborate with Microsoft/ Solution Principle/ Partner to understand potential changes and user behaviors on relevant products, and coordinate with solutions partners for comprehensive solution delivery and support.
