Role Description
This full-time role as a Solutions Provider is based on-site in Penang, KL or JB. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to identify their needs, developing and delivering customized solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the implementation of efficient and effective solutions. Additionally, the Solutions Provider will work closely with internal teams to improve existing processes and products.
