Job Description
Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineers, and technology partners to design, implement, and deliver solutions aligned with client business needs.
Regularly engage in client discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Attend in-person client meetings to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within SLA commitments.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned domains (e.g., Microsoft solutions, cloud transformation, data, AI).
Provide technical advisory and mentorship to team members in resolving complex challenges.
Conduct root cause analysis, propose preventive measures, and maintain detailed issue logs in the knowledge base for continuous improvement.
