Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and leading logistics planning meetings (Pre-SOP and SOP), ensuring alignment between the Commercial, Industrial, Inside Sales, and other support areas (Quality, R&D, A&C) to maintain a balance between supply and demand, aligned with plant resources (MO, MP, production capacity), and meeting targets to achieve the expected financial results;
- Define and implement strategies for maintaining inventory levels for finished products (Make to Stock MTS) (cables/accessories), according to the sales forecasts defined by the BUs in the SOP, aiming to ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization at competitive levels;
- Manage plant logistics indicators to maintain the required control levels for inventory levels (Finished Product FG, Work in Process WIP, and Raw Material MP), Service Level, SOP Accuracy, scrap/bad guys, and Slow Movers; 4.
