Sorting Operator

 Follow plan or instruction from Superior on urgent products to meet delivery schedules.
 Able to handle the sorting machine independently with minimum guidance.
 Perform a proper line 5’s at working area before starting the production.
 Manage daily operations to meet department objectives.
 Technicians are strictly following the sorting procedures.
 Complete task assigned by Superior from time to time.
 Recording the sorting data into the checklist correctly.
 Daily update on Glass Wall Management.
 Highlight unsafe working environment and equipment.
 Authorize to stop the machine if there is a serious performance issue, any abnormalities in the product quality or machine related issue. 
 Continuously improve in the NCR
