Source to Pay Excellence Leader

POSITION SUMMARY

• The Source to Pay (S2P) Excellence Leader is responsible for driving the design, deployment, and adoption of best-practice Source to Pay processes across sites. This role works directly with Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to assess current-state practices, define global standards, and execute implementation plans that improve efficiency, compliance, cost performance, and operational alignment.


• This is a highly visible, individual contributor role requiring frequent travel to operating sites and strong hands-on experience in direct material buying within a manufacturing environment. The position does not include direct people management but requires strong influencing skills and the ability to lead change across cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
