Purpose

The Source will be responsible for searching, identifying and making the first contact with the appropriate candidates for the different positions in all service units. Additionally, will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process.

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• The Source will carry out the following tasks, however, it is not limited exclusively to:
• Sourcing CVs for the different position to recruit.
• As part of the sourcing process this person will be in charge of the different alliances with universities and other places where he/she can find candidates.
• Perform pre‑screening phone calls and verify a candidate’s qualification...
