As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at DiDi, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on scaling our Middle Platform across LATAM. You'll own sourcing strategies and help build high-performing teams by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals. Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities. Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.
