Sourcer/Talent Acquisition

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

1hr unpaid lunch, two paid 15min breaks

Pay: 300 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Headhunter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to source and screen candidates for US onsite roles (including Washington)
• Skilled in scrubbing CVs and identifying qualified talent
• Familiar with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment processes
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify candidates for US onsite positions
• Work with Washington leads and build a strong talent pipeline
• Review and scrub CVs to match job requirements
• Coordinate candidates with hiring manager
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up promptly
