Position Summary

The Powertrain Sourcing Specialist II plays a critical role in shaping and managing Polaris’ supplier strategy within the powertrain category. This position leads sourcing initiatives, drives supplier performance, and ensures alignment with the company’s priorities for delivery, quality, cost competitiveness, and successful integration of new products. Acting as a strategic conduit between suppliers and internal teams, this role supports development, launch, and sustained production across multiple manufacturing sites—while strengthening the company’s Mexico supply base.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, ISM C.P.M./A.P.P., or PMP.
• Knowledge of web‑based business systems and analytical tools.
• Interest in engines, manufacturing, or the powersports industry.
