JOB ROLE

The jobholder plays an important role to provide care to the residents in accordance with Enhanced Nursing Home Standards and practices. He/she is also responsible to provide a safe and basic care to the residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform day to day purchasing activities through purchase requisition and Purchase Order Management
• Source for quotation from vendors
• Advise Department on Purchasing procedures and ensure compliance
• To purchase supplies, equipment and services for the nursing homes and resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies
• Ensure that Purchases are correctly invoiced/completed and delivered in a timely manner
• Matching of invoices to Purchase Order
• To communicate and negotiates with vendors regarding purchases in order to obtain the best price
• To track and monitor outstanding Purchase Order
