Sourcing and Production Manager

The Production & Sourcing Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, from supplier sourcing to final product delivery, while continuously designing, improving, and optimizing workflows across sourcing, production, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the Sourcing & Production team
• Define team structure, roles, and clear responsibilities
• Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Ensure smooth collaboration across Design, Marketing, Inventory, and Warehouse teams

2. Supplier Sourcing & Strategic Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
• Benchmark suppliers on cost, quality, speed, and flexibility
