Sourcing Data Analyst

Overview

Kemira is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water-intensive industries. We are looking for a Sourcing Data Analyst to join our Source to Pay Process & Development team . This role is located in Helsinki, Finland or Gdansk, Poland. In this business-oriented analytics role, you will support sourcing performance, operational insights, and continuous improvement through reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the Sourcing organization and the Source to Pay process.

This position focuses on improving performance visibility, analytics capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across the Sourcing organization and Source to Pay process. You will develop reporting and dashboard solutions, ensure high-quality data, and identify improvement opportunities across tools, processes, and ways of working.
