Sourcing Electronics Engineer (Procurement)

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering

3 to 5 years of working experience in sourcing or procurement for PCBA/ Electrical/ Electronic parts

Able to read and understand PCBA, electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Good understanding of PCBA components and global supplier markets

Good in MS Excel

Willing to travel frequently

Understand in Material Planning Management (MRP) & familiar with SAP is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and selection of qualified electronic components, raw materials and services from local and international suppliers
• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers for PCBA components including PCBs, semiconductors, passive components, and mechanical parts based on technical capability, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines
