The Sourcing Specialist – China is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing reliable manufacturers and suppliers in China for in-line products and new product development (NPD). This role acts as the primary point of contact for supplier qualification, manufacturer credentials, re-evaluation, and CAPA closure, ensuring alignment with company quality, compliance, and cost objectives.

• Identify and onboard verified dropshipping suppliers and manufacturers in China aligned with product, pricing, and quality requirements.
• Source products for in-line sales and new product development (NPD) based on market demand and business strategy.
• Evaluate suppliers on quality, lead time, pricing, communication, and fulfillment reliability.
