Sourcing Executive (East, Contract, 1 Year)

Job Description Responsibilities:
Support category / sourcing managers for various procurement/ sourcing projects and initiatives.
Undertake sourcing activities which include contract renewals, running RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) assigned by category / sourcing managers
Support internal users to manage the contract renewal process and RFx process from initiation to evaluation, award and contract completion
Ensure compliance to the banks policies, standards and guide when undertaking sourcing activities and supporting internal users in the contract renewal process and RFx process.
Provide support on processes, workflow and/or workarounds to address gaps to the banks policies, standards and guide and procurement process improvement initiatives.
Provide other administration and sourcing support to team manager and category/ sourcing managers as assigned. Examples of such support include tracking sourcing and savings pipeline and contract renewals of team
