Sourcing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Source fresh vegetables and fruits directly from farms and growers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and delivery schedules
• Monitor crop availability, seasonal trends, and market prices
• Ensure produce meets company quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth supply flow
• Identify new farms and alternative supply sources to secure stable supply
• Conduct farm visits and supplier evaluations regularly

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in fresh produce sourcing / wholesale / trading
• Familiar with local farms in Johor and other Malaysian states
• Strong network with vegetable and fruit growers
• Good knowledge of grading, quality standards, and seasonality
