Sourcing executive

Location: Remote, based in Kenya or South Africa
Responsibilities Lead strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives across multiple spend categories in alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify cost-saving and value-driving opportunities.
Perform project-level spend analyses to inform sourcing strategies, highlight inefficiencies, and support data enrichment.
Manage end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including documentation, supplier engagement, bid evaluations, and recommendation reports.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and SLAs to optimize supplier performance and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Assess and quantify savings, baseline values, and total cost of ownership (TCO) impacts across sourcing activities.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor to align sourcing strategies with functional needs.
