Sourcing Lead

**What you’ll do:**

In this position the incumbent will be accountable for Strategic sourcing activities for the site in line with the Eaton standard sourcing process (ESSP). The person will be responsible to drive pricing and supplier strategy, controlling price variances, supplier selection and on-boarding and handling supplier risks management.

+ Strong knowledge and experience on Strategic sourcing.
+ Good understanding of local supply base on PCB assemblies, Bare PCB, injection molding, stampings, fabrication, Electronics etc.
+ Responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and performance management of all third-party suppliers across categories such as events and trade shows, food and beverages, facilities management, administrative services, and miscellaneous indirect services.
