Job Summary

The Sourcing Lead is responsible to bring material cost savings. This role is about breaking cost assumptions, finding better alternatives, and negotiating directly with foreign suppliers. The success indication - improved pricing, quality, and supplier reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Challenge

• Identify alternative suppliers for existing materials and components
• Benchmark costs across markets and suppliers
• Actively challenge current vendor pricing, MOQs, and lead times

Vendor Communication & Negotiation

• Communicate directly and confidently with foreign vendors (China, Vietnam, etc.)
• Lead pricing negotiations, cost breakdown reviews, and RFQs
• Conduct supplier comparisons and recommend best-value options

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain clean, structured sourcing data (Excel-driven)
