The opportunity to join our team

As a Sourcing Manager, you will drive commercial arrangements and oversee supplier relationships across one or more categories, directly shaping the efficiency and value delivered by the Procurement team. You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts and partner with business stakeholders to achieve strategic goals, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic sourcing support for one or more categories
• Deliver category savings through supply base rationalisation, development of panels and innovative sourcing solutions
• Support Sourcing Specialists in managing RF(x) processes for their stakeholders
