Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Public Safety and Mobility business.

In this role, you will work at the core of our operations — ensuring our electronics and technology solutions are built on a competitive, reliable, and scalable supplier network. Our solutions are used in public transport, passenger information systems, and safety‑critical environments, meaning your work will have a real, visible impact.

Location: Turku or Forssa (with flexibility to work across both sites)

What you’ll do?

As a Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of your sourcing area and drive performance end‑to‑end:

• Lead sourcing activities for selected categories, suppliers, and materials

• Manage RFQs, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations
