The Procurement Sourcing team, part of the S2C (Source‑to‑Contract) pillar, leads bp's global approach to sourcing third‑party supply-driving efficiency, value creation and alignment to category strategies.

In this role, the incumbent will:

• Lead strategic, high‑complexity major deals within the Digital & Talent category on a global scale.
• Lead the creation and execution of deployment plans across people, processes, and systems to industrialize sourcing excellence throughout bp's Procurement organisation.
