Sourcing Manager

 Primary Responsibilities

• Supplier Operations & Supply Execution:
  • Own day-to-day supplier operations for assigned factories, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and shipment execution.
  • Work closely with suppliers to develop, validate, and maintain realistic production plans aligned with Company demand.
  • Track daily and weekly input/output, yield, and shipment status, and proactively identify risks to supply commitments.
  • Drive execution and recovery plans for capacity gaps, yield shortfalls, material constraints, and other operational issues.
  • Ensure shipment priorities are clearly communicated and executed, especially during ramp-up or constrained periods
