Job Description

The Sourcing Manager, is responsible for leading supplier and vendor negotiations to secure reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality materials that support uninterrupted production. This role drives strategic procurement initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with corporate standards while optimizing inventory and cost performance.
Responsibilities
Lead supplier and vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and long-term supply reliability.
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality, delivery performance, and financial stability.
Enforce compliance with Sourcing policies and Finance procedures while upholding the highest standards of ethics.
