Sourcing Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Sourcing Marketing Specialist to support high-volume BPO hiring through data-driven sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies. This role focuses on generating qualified candidate leads, optimizing sourcing channels, and supporting recruiters with consistent applicant flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns to support mass hiring
• Manage and optimize job ads on Indeed and other job boards
• Generate candidate leads through social media, online communities, and referrals
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frontline and specialized BPO roles
• Analyze sourcing metrics (applicant flow, source effectiveness, cost-per-applicant)
• Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring demand
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community-based sourcing initiatives
• Continuously test and improve sourcing channels for better conversion
