Sourcing Officer

This HK based role supports the Group Sourcing Team by managing daily administrative tasks for the Group’s imported product range. The position works closely with the Group Sourcing Team, local Import Manager and suppliers locally and overseas.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Group sourcing & import department and Lyreco subsidiaries in the daily administrative management of the group imported range. 

Under the operational responsibility of the Group Head of Sourcing, be in charge of all data & information collection to allow products creation & products management in our IT systems.

Be responsible for the creation of the items requested by the subsidiaries and the Group Product & Service & Group Own Brand department.

Support the Group Sourcing Manager in the preparation, delivery and tracking of all operational, analytical & presentation material associated to driving the relevant Category strategy forward.
