About the role We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with strong experience in Air Freight / Carga Aérea to lead strategic sourcing initiatives focused on air cargo operations. This role requires deep knowledge of airline negotiations, air cargo rate structures, capacity management, international routing, and air freight market dynamics. The ideal candidate must have proven experience sourcing air freight services , managing RFPs with airlines and freight forwarders, negotiating long-term agreements, and driving cost optimization strategies within air cargo categories.
