Sourcing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions.
**Requirements**:- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail**Benefits**- All benefits required by law- Life insurance- Savings plan- Paid training
