Job Summary:
Engages with potential candidates in public areas by inviting passers-by to apply to iQor and guiding them through the initial recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Asks passers-by to apply to iQor.
Encourages applicants to complete Recruiting AI.
Provides insights on effective job caravan locations and marketing strategies.
Willing to be out in a street all day to encourage people to apply

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
