Sourcing Specialist (Full-time contract | WFH | Dayshift)

We are seeking a Temporary Sourcing Specialist to support the recruitment team during a high-volume period. This is a 3-month contract role, with the possibility of renewal if workload continues. The role is focused on sourcing, screening, and shortlist generation to enable Recruiters to focus on interviews and stakeholder management. The successful candidate must be comfortable evaluating candidates across a wide range of roles and verticals, from Executive Assistants to Estimators and other technical or operational positions. Candidates will primarily be local talent but must meet suitability requirements for Australian and UK clients.

• Review and screen inbound applications across multiple open roles
• Conduct passive and active sourcing using Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and JobStreet Talent Search
• Identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates
