Sourcing Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement preferably in the cosmetics, personal care or FMCG industry.
• Deep knowledge in packaging materials (plastic, glass, laminates etc.) and manufacturing processes.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and contract management skills.
• Familiar with GMP, ISO and packaging related regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with FDA regulations and ASEAN cosmetic directive (ACD) compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
