Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives by building candidate pipelines, coordinating sourcing events, and assisting with internal recruitment marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Pipelining Pilot: Facilitate and support candidate pipelining efforts through participation in career fairs and related recruitment events.
• University Relations & SPARK Events: Provide sourcing support for university partnerships and SPARK initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
• Employee Referral Program: Assist in the administration and promotion of the company-wide Employee Referral Program to enhance internal talent referrals.
