Sourcing Specialist

MissionHires is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Independent Contractor) with 2+ years of experience sourcing passive talent across healthcare, IT, engineering, and/or legal in the United States. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and cold outreach to consistently place 3–5 candidates per month without relying on job boards. Compensation: commission only - 10% of placement fee.

How You'll Contribute

• Source and engage passive candidates primarily without job boards
• Run targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean
• Leverage AI tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize prospect pipelines
• Execute high-volume, personalized cold outreach via email/LinkedIn/InMail
• Qualify candidates for role fit, interest, and compensation alignment
• Maintain clean pipelines and progress tracking for active requisitions
