Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for attracting talents for RELX | Reed Elsevier Philippines. Key tasks include managing the end-to-end hiring process, generating leads, conducting phone screenings, coordinating job fairs, preparing reports and data analytics, and handling other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in the BPO or Shared Services industry
• Open to fresh graduates with recruitment or sourcing immersion experience in a BPO or Shared Services setting
• Must have strong skills in sourcing, cold calling, leads generation
• Knowledge in Boolean search is an advantage
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to coordinate with local and global operations leaders
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and MS Office
