Role Description
iOPEX Technologies is seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, Philippines. The Sourcing Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of candidate sourcing. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential candidates. The role also involves collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless hiring process and maintaining effective communication.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve sourcing strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with candidates
Proficiency in processes to secure favorable terms with candidates.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the IT, Sales or digital services industry is an advantage.
