Sourcing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial resume screening and phone screening.
• Endorse qualified candidates to Recruitment Specialist.
• Maintain sourcing trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and talent market mapping initiatives.
• Monitor sourcing metrics (pipeline volume, response rates, conversion rates).
• Ensure quality and timeliness of endorsed candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong experience in LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed sourcing and other online recruitment platforms.
• Good screening and profiling skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
