Our Talent Acquisition team works in close partnership with key business areas including Technology & Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Safety, and Corporate Services, ensuring we attract talent that underpins our technical excellence and future growth.

We want to focus on proactive talent pipelining, ensuring critical roles are filled from engaged talent communities rather than just job postings. To enable this shift, we are introducing a new role into our TA function - Sourcing Specialist.

This is not a traditional recruiter role. It is a talent engagement role where you’ll play a pivotal part in building Ampcontrol’s long-term talent capability and strengthening our position in competitive engineering and technical markets.

We will consider full-time or Part-time (school hours).
