We are looking
for an Arabic Chef to join our team!Responsibilities
Leads the planning, production, and presentation of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine across à la carte, buffet, banqueting, and special events.
Design seasonal menus and specialty offerings representing Levantine, Gulf, North African, and broader Middle Eastern cuisines (e.g., mezze, kebabs, mandi, biryani, tagines, grills, breads, and pastries).
Adapt recipes to local palate and dietary requirements (halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) while maintaining authenticity.
Train, coach, and mentor culinary team members on Arabic cooking methods, spice profiles, bread baking, and butchery.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation in line with brand standards and implement portion control and waste reduction to meet food cost targets.
