Position: Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine)

Location: Cebu City

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an upscale or fine-dining Italian restaurant
• Strong knowledge of authentic and modern Italian cuisine (fresh pasta, risotto, sauces, regional dishes)
• Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• Solid understanding of food costing, portion control, and inventory management
• High standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, premium dining environment
• Willing to be based in Cebu
