Job Description

      We are looking for an experienced and passionate  Full Time Sous Chef to join the PLG team at  The Grand Hotel in  Frankston. You'll oversee daily operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality. If you're ready to step into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity for you!
