Sous Chef (Indochinese Fine Dining)

We are looking for an experienced **Sous Chef** with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of **Indochinese cuisine, modern plating** , and **fine-dining** **kitchen operations.**



The Sous Chef will oversee daily culinary operations at 3 Merchants, drive menu development, ensure consistency and excellence in every dish, and support the team in delivering a memorable and innovative dining experience.
