To assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the daily kitchen operations of Italian restaurant “Olivio,” ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained. As Assistant Manager / Sous Chef, the role supports the management of kitchen staff, preparation processes, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards. The position contributes to delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests while supporting the overall success and performance of the restaurant.

**Qualifications:**
