Sous Chef

Cezars Kitchen is seeking qualified Sous Chef to join our kitchen in Bandar Meru Raya, Perak.

Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

• Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus.
• Be a qualified cook: (Certificated available upon request).
• Passionate about food
• Self-motivated and can work with the team
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurants in the current job title.

• All candidates must have Typhoid and Food Handling Certification ready.

Responsibilities

• Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals.
• Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits.
• General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning).
